Can I use any engine oil cap that is used on a Cobra, on my 1997 Base Mark VIII?

What year Cobra caps will be interchangeable with mine?

My engine bay looks really clean, except the oil cap is looking rough. I figured I'd swap it with a prettier looking Cobra cap if possible

A Cobra's stock oil cap looks identical.

Yup. As far as I know all 4.6 (and then some) are interchangeable.

Pretty much every ford 710 cap is the same....

I went with the 710 cap also. The 710 cap is trick.

I figured it would net me 2whp, lower my running temps by 10 degrees, strengthen the engine, and lessen the weight if I opt for a forged one...

you just gotta make sure it spins on, the newer ford 710 caps only do a 1/4 turn

LOL, I traded the MAXX battery for an Odyssey dry cell.

Those are Stinger brand battery terminals.
