I recently went to adjust my Marks headlights (Passenger side is out of wack) and I noticed that I cannot turn the screw that is there. I tried WD40, and still now luck. Any tricks? Thanks all!

Lol. Im doing mine right now. Yeah, they can be a pita. I have found it easy to do with the cover off and using a combination of vice grips and pliers. I believe a very small spanner fits the adjuster stud, but i don't have one, so i have been using vice grips to grip the metal studs and pliers to grip and turn the plastic adjusters - working well so far!

PITA is a very correct way to put it...

I will get my vice grip, and pliers, and go give it a shot :--) Thanks Blue!

I think you can use the 4mm head or the 5/32 to turn the screw

I used a 4mm socket on mine along with a shallow 1/4" drive ratchet.

Yeah, i found my 4mm socket today and had an easier time with them. Was just a case of gripping the plastic with the pliers and turning the stud with the 4mm socket - much easier, especially now that they are loosened up!

you must have bad headlight clips because the plastic studs arent supposed to move , the headlight clips have little fingers that lock into the base of the plastic stud to keep them from turning.

You know, Jamie, i thought about this earlier! LOL. I forgot, because my clips went missing remember? But yeah, all he should need to do is get a 4mm socket and ratchet and turn the studs. No wonder mine were a pita... hehehe...
