Anyone see the quick little shot of it. It was right after the car football game. Ice blue.
 
I saw it
I yelled at the wife "did you see it a mark viii concept "
I was a little to excited.
 
I just saw it. It's definitely an old one. Very slight resemblance to a production Mark VIII.
 
Yeah, I watched the whole UK episode this afternoon, only to find out that it wasn't that one.

So I watched the US episode after that and saw what they were talking about.

I like the US top gear because they actually drive cars we know like Lincolns and Cadillacs. And it's not all that bad if you stop comparing it to the UK version.

I disagree (but it is just my opinion). The US version is horrible. The hosts have zero chemestry. It looks and sounds totally scripted (of course, Top Gear UK is too, but they pull it off better). And if they didn't want to be compared to the far superior UK version, they shouldn't have called it "Top Gear".
 
Damn I already deleted it off my TIVO :mad:

Last few years US Top Gear was lacking but they seem to be getting better? Def not a fan of Rutledge and aside from Tanner nobody knows squat about cars or how to drive them :rolleyes:

Did like that they finally are getting real super cars like the McLaren and the Bugatti Vittesse :D

Since we're on the subject of Lincoln concept cars, I just found this. Never seen this car before but it looks like it may be a 4-door concept based on the MN12/FN10 platform. Proportions look similar as does the windshield and side mirrors. It's the 1994 Lincoln Contempra.

It's not a bad looking car in my opinion.

I'd been wanting to mod a front bumper for fog lights...
Now I'm not.. looks weird
