alright, so i did an air ride delete on my 2nd gen, and when i did it i still havent got rid of my compressor, switch is off so im not worried about it right now, but i do need some help because when i took all the bags out, i just snipped the air lines and plugs off, now my traction controll and abs light is on... now what!?

+3 and no reason to snip any of that stuff. It disconnects fairly easy. That snipping probably will cost $50 to $90

+ a million! Why in the world would you snip those hoses???? All you have to do is disconnect them from the solenoids and just zip tie them up somewhere. You never know when/if you may want to go back to air ride in the future.

well, i have absolutely no intentions of going back to air ride, will post pics of what i cut, i cut everything that plugged into the ride height sensors and clipped the end of the air lines off and took compressor out..

if it was an abs sensor, it would probably be in the front. the rear abs sensor are inboard up by the pumpkin and would be hard to cut unless you went digging up in the rear subframe.

you said it was a 2nd gen? does your speedo work? the speedo is run by the (i think front) abs sensors, so if you killed a front one, it would probably be broken.

speedo works fine, like i said, when i pulled the ride height sensors out, i clipped that, and then just the air line, where it has that big plug for the bag, i didnt go digging into anything and going crazy with my snips haha

Indeed, some fool cut all mine when he did the Strutmaster thing to my 93. I was upset but I guess new everywhere will be worth it.
