WTB - Mark VIII moonroof track

My roof glass is ok but my track is toast. Anybody have one for sale or know where one could be found?

Ok, found one here locally at a U-Pull-It for $50, including glass. I don't need the glass, so if anyone else does, let me know.

yea had to change my track to but paid a 100.00 so great find big job changing it out, be carefull taking your headliner out as there is a trick to it. I had my drivers seat all the way forward and folded forward and was able to sneak it out with out cracking it

Thanks Jeff - to be honest I'm a little intimidated about taking the headliner out. I'm sure its one of those things thats easy if you've done it a few times, if not...

what year is your car, and what year is the car you are pulling it from?

+1 on what Jamie is asking.....I think gen 1 and gen 2 are different. Also, make sure that if you have the factory-installed one, you aren't replacing with an ASC (aftermarket) one. I'm sure they're different.

I don't know what year the car is at the yard. I'll find out when I get there. It may even be a TBird. Their computer just says they have one that will fit a 1998 Mark VIII - we'll see soon enough.
