This is not the strait up instead of parking problem. They just stay at the position they would be while on intermittant. Is this an electrical problem or mechanical like the strait up problem?

try helping them go down, like giving them a little push with your hand. not much just get them moving.. if the motor is still trying to pull them and you can feel that, then your motor is just getting weak. the motor is normally opperated at the wiper positions other than the park, meaning it has to strain it more to go the extra whatever like 2 inches to park.. so you might have a weak motor but try that...

hope that helps..

I had a feeling that was it. The motor is less then a year old. My own fault for going to autozone. Thanks

hmm i think i bought mine for like 100 from ford, i think autozones was 30 dollars.... so that was the difference in price lol

I was really busy when I needed the motor done the first time so I have the mechanic do it. But if it's not that time consuming I will probably just yank it out and exchange it at autozone.

Hard to out to see a customer so I tried pushing them down. The kind of snapped out of bing stuck and retracted. Thanks. At least they don't look like they need to be fixed now.

maybe cam switch if it is its in the wiper motor

its the motor. mine was doing the same but i wasnt driving the car much. it finally fixed itself. lol
