I understand this is a LS forum however judging by the amount of users i feel as though the question would be answered here.

I joined to read more on owners thoughts between the caddy and lincoln.
yes I am in the market of making a purchase soon.

does anyone know if lincoln will ever have another 2 door coupe?

In the market for a $50,000 car not a $5,000 car. Thanks though

you don't have to be a dick about it, i was merely stating that the last lincoln coupe were the mark series, and sorry not every one can afford $50,000 and can only afford $5000, if that, so if you really want to blow 50 grand then go buy the new cadillac coupe

if your in the market for a 50g car why are you here lincoln now a days is a waste a lincoln would be the last thing id buy with 50 grand buy an infiniti or bmw benz the list goes on not a lincoln or caddy they are all way behind the times now. if i had 50 grand id buy a used e63 amg i love that car

if it were me with 50 grand i'd be buying a charger srt8 and doing a bunch of stuff to it, but like it was said earlier, lincoln and cadillac are way behind in technology, if you have the 50 g's go buy one of those fancy self parking lexus's

not really my dad had a g35 and it came with a great warranty and they also have so many mods you can do the engine mods alone go on and on there nice cars though i like them

I like the infinitis but the new coupes are starting to look more and more like a corvette.

Me I'd rather have luxury or muscle...never the two mixed as you will be paying for a ton of fixings in either department...so why both?

How are they behind on technology? Even a Ford nowadays can park by it self, so that's nothing huge.

A freshening for model-year 2010 makes Lincoln's entry-level sedan a more-credible competitor in this class. MKZ's biggest improvement comes from its interior, which boasts higher-quality materials and a more user-friendly control interface. This Lincoln still doesn't match the pace-setting Lexus ES 350 for overall refinement, but it's still worthy of consideration for its overall performance, quietness, and available all-wheel drive. Careful option selection also makes MKZ a reasonable value. price MSRP: $34,115 - $36,005

with the extra 10-20k you could do intake, exhaust, and wheels and so forth. Even the MKZ has an aftermarket

Ok my bad lol still if your going to spend 50 grand on a car and you want luxury why not go with a bmw 745 or something similar maybe a cayenne s, i love my ls but let's be honest here there far better cars out there then lincolns for that much money, yes they are near the top but are not number 1

Oh and im not too sure about an mkz having an exhaust lol not sure how that would sound

Btw off topic but i love your new signature pete

sorry people but a lexus is nothing more than a fancy toyota. same car.

Also I would never buy foreign. just not in my blood.

To answer your question, NO. From everything I've read and heard Ford/Lincoln has no desire to produce another coupé. They are concentrating on the technology, not the driving experience.

As you want American you are stuck with the snowplow looking Caddy. Unless you pop for the new Mustang.

I thought you were looking for a coupe ... Charger is a sedan .. 4 door ..
And why? Charger ... LOL ... $50,000 ... come on ....

I can put $3000 into a $2000 Mark VIII and have a much fast and better car ... that will even last longer and have more modifications ...

lol i would only buy the charger if it was the srt8, but i said that if he wanted a lincoln coupe then to buy a mark viii and then he said he wanted a $50,000 car not a $5000, which is how the whole thing started, and if i had that kind of money (which i don't) i would be buy a bmw are a mercedes

lincolns and cadillacs are really nothing more than a fancy ford or chevy

I would be heading to the Jaguar dealership with the $50,000. That will get you a nice XF Supercharged.

Maybe he's waiting for us to suggest the Challenger SRT8.
2 door, looks sporty, but it has a big sedan under the sheet metal.
