Will 05 mustang wheels fit a mark viii? I know the bolt pattern is the same, but I'm not sure about the offset. They are 17" in diameter. Thanks

Oh boy....:eek::eek:Try & delete this thread before you get bashed dude!!! No they are not the same bolt pattern at all,you need to do a hub swap & there is a sh!t load of threads that you can search here on this subject. Hurry up & delete this before our thread nazi gets to this thread!!!!!!!!!!!:shifty:

I am doing a hub swap and all the stuff that goes with it... Looks like I get to be bashed sense Im new here. Schitt happens

when I said same bolt pattern I forgot to add that its the same as the 94-04, which are the hubs I am using. The question just has to deal with the offset of how far they are going to stick out from the car.

We might ruffle ur feathers a little but nothing to bad.:) Should state in the first post that you plan on doing the swap.

It will sit farther in then a 94-04 wheel will. I know why ya want them, I see Rouch, SMS and Shelby always sell them from time to time for $190 for a complete set. They come off their cars before they get the in house treatment and they are just new take offs. Sometimes they have brand new OEM GT bumpers for $50 and complete GT exhausts for $90. Always wanted to get a bunch of them and then turn a profit down the road. Just always seem to be broke. :(

Well get ready to do the cobra brake mod as well. You will have to buy new rotors anyway to make a proper job of it.I just did mine and they are great.Make sure you seat the 28 spline hubs all the way down on the spindle so your calipers will fit back over the rotors.I learned that one the hard way.signed, the other noobee.

yes the search function sucks, but not for overkill post.

As k98tm said the 05 offset is ideal.

Where are you finding this stuff?

On teh interwebz. I get news letters from them in my email from doing buisiness with them. When they get a fresh batch they are about to unload I get an email. I used to just check the Mustang mags cause they always put out a two page ad but you have to get them off the shelf. If you get them delivered then they are usually sold out by the time you get the magazine.
