1984 Volkswagen Rabbit L, 4 speed manual, with unknown mileage (odo stopped at 150k). Got it in 1996 as a "birthday present". I really just needed a car for college, and that was the cheapest thing I could find at $300.

It was a great first car at age 16, colored Indian Fire/black interior, 351W, FMX transmission and Cragar SS wheels. Shortly after purchasing it I had the engine modified with a Lunati cam from a Boss 302 (changes the firing order, too), Offenhouser aluminum intake and Holley 650 four-barrel. The exhausts remained factory, with the bullet-style resonators and across-the-axle ("crossflow") muffler.
I have attached a picture of an almost identical model, same color but mine had no spoilers. My second Mustang had them, though -- it was a 1971 Boss 351 -- a real wheelie machine that I got rid of for a 1973 Opel GT (the "mini-'vette") in 1974 because of the "gas crunch".
I am now in the process of restoring a 1967 Mustang Convertible, also with a 351W, AOD transmission (gotta have that overdrive these days), reproduction 289 Hi-Po cast iron exhaust manifolds and a 2-1/2" Magnaflow stainless steel "X-Pipe" exhaust system. I am negotiating with Total Control Products to produce online video for installation of their products -- wish me luck! They already have pictures of their product installations, but no video.
If LVC members send them requests for video instructions to see what it is really like, then it will increase my chances of getting them to "bite".

1986 Honda Accord LXi- great car had 150k miles when I got it and I put another 50k before it just fell apart.
1999-Dodge Stratus 2 door-looked good but a POS
2001-Ford Explorer Sport Track-leased but let it go back casue I couldnt see refiniancing a car that was already pretty used.
1997-Toyota Avalon-XLS- Great car, awsome ride, never any problems, should never had traded it in for my LSE
2002-Lincoln-LSE-lots of power,looked awsome,smoked a bunch of teenage boys thinking its a slow-mo-beel, however lots of problems with it, spent more time in the Lincoln Dealership than I drove it....SO DISSAPOINTED
2003-Lincoln-Avaitor-great suv-all of the looks and gadgets of a navigator but alot less money-of corse I totaled it. All 7 airbags diployed saving both me and my best friends life. IT WAS OBLITERATED!!but we walked away with a few scraches.
CURRENT-2005-Cadillac- DTS- I LOVE THIS CAR, rides great, looks good, lots of room and lots of gadgets.

First car was an 1986 Toyota Corolla GT-S Twin Cam given to me by my mother. Man I missed that car. She sold it a few years later after I joined the military.

I remember the first day I bought my own first car, and to be honest when it comes to reliability it was the best car ever.
1991 Pontiac Sunbird LE, I managed to put 230,000Km (144,000) miles without any oil leaks, motor was in perfect condition.
Unfortunately I can't say the same thing for the body, I rust proofed every year it still didn't help with the weather up here in Canada.
By 2000 there was a lot of rust in the car, enough for me to put my fist through the rust hole, it had to go, and it serve me very well.
I can only wish I get another car that will last me as long.
Hopefully my 2003 Lincoln LS will be as good.

My first car was '77 Pontiac Grand Prix SJ. White with a blue interior, 400 4V. I had headers and a edelbrock intake and carb, plus keystone klassic rims. I thought that car was so fast at 16, but actually it probably was a low 15 high 14 car. I really miss that car.

HA! Idk how I missed this.. Those wheels look pretty cool on classics.. My dad has them on his 197? Chrysler Cordoba 300.. It has the wheels, aftermarket carb (not sure on the make), and a custom exhaust with California turbos.. You can tell those wheels are old because they still have the old Hercules tires on them..

Hmm, 1979 Chevy K5 Blazer, bought it when I was 14, drove it around my dad's farm until I got my learners permit...
