You are welcome. My father was in WWII. My brother was in the Korean conflict. My other brother was in Vietnam, and my sister was in the
Army. My son will be joining the Air Force next year. Military life kind of runs in the family. Just trying to do our share for our country.
God Bless The USA!!!!

What my job is

I am an aircraft mechanic in the greatest Air Force in the world, U.S. Air Force. I have worked 3 different air frames, the F-117 KC-135 and the F-16 Fighting Falcon. :wrench

After college and grad school I was in the retail business, managing department stores and became a retail financial analyst. At 40 , burnt out and headad for a heart attack, I put my MBA in the top desk drawer and bought a small company that repairs pool and patio furniture. We replace the vinyl strapping (hence the "straps") and slings at mostly hotels, condos and resorts. Now my "office" usually overlooks the pool or the beach. Workin' less, makin' more.....(There's a lesson in there someplace for all of the students out there. One thing that they didn't cover at Wharton was entrepreneurship..and maybe spelling....)

I'm 58, been married to my lovely wife Janice for 35 years and have one grown daughter, Dana who is about to turn 34 this month.

I work for Global Motorsport Group, a large aftermarket manufacturer and wholesale distributor of parts and accessories for motorcycles, ATVs, and personal water craft. I am the Senior Manager of Customer Service and have been with GMG for 13 years.

Previously, I was a professional musician and also built custom bikes. I also sold cars for awhile, but my ethics kept getting in the way.

I moved to California from Chicago 13 years ago when I went to work for GMG after tiring of being on the road with the band.

I'm currently a 4th year Junior @ the University of Maryland studying Criminal Justice. I'm working as well trying to pay for this new LS and save some as well for some upgrades :L

Equity Research Analyst covering auto retailers and auto parts retailers. I am 27 and graduated from Bucknell University in PA with a double major in Business Management and Economics. I got into this very indirectly, but knew most auto analysts from when I was doing automotive consulting after college.

All the best,
Eric

Youngin's

It is actually pretty funny to read a lot of posts that say, "I am recent graduate, or I'm in my mid 20's. . ." I also fall into that young 20's mold (22); I wanted something that said "professional but not yuppie." Its good to see that others share the same good taste.

I'm 24 years old and am a software engineer for a cell phone company. Basically, I write software for our engineers. In my spare time I'm a private pilot (Around 130 hours), swing dance, date womens, etc...

Just got my LS about a month ago, and have been reading these forums for about 2 months. This is an excellent place setup for us LS owners!!

And to the guy who said he was moving to the UK for their cheap gas: They sell their fuel by the liter. An LS holds around 68 liters, so it would cost you around $54 UK to fill up your car. At the current conversion rate, it would be around $100 US to fill up your LS in the UK. We got it lucky!
