im having the same problem with mine, i have a 2006 and i replaced the original tires with goodyear eagle's and between 62-68 i still have the vibration sometimes. took it to ford, and they balanced it but it didnt fix it completely.

GOODYEAR TIRES???? those tires jus seem like they suck already lol. I work at a goodyear and when we put the tires away, they jus seem like they have such a hard compound. But then again I may be gettin Dunlop Sig. Sports for the 20's
Got a set of Bridgestone Turanza Serenity's going on in the morning. I'll report how it goes. Anyone want a low mileage set of Dunlops for cheap?

i got mine re-balanced by the lincoln dealer and now have no noise or vibration, i like the goodyears and how they handle in the rain, no complaints from me anymore

Once the heat builds up in parts, they can expand and close the gap that was causing the rattle.
I have noticed on cooler days my rattles are alot more noticeable. Finding which part is the toughest thing... I have ben under there countless times looking for anything, any sign.
