I personally would not buy this unless I was sure it was not already application programmed and can be installed if it is, I have heard some can be flashed or unlocked but know nothing about this one. I would also do research to see if there is missing items as that link from compshmoe posted, http://www.diablosport.com/index.php?name=PNphpBB2&file=viewtopic&t=26141.

If it is a older model, it may be hard to come by the missing parts for it to be complete. I would personally call diablosport or e-mail them and ask those questions.
