jack up the back of your car, pull the wheels off, take the shocks out, get an 18 mm socket and take the nut off the center shock post, remove the old mounts from old shocks, burn the rubber out with a torch or get a fire going in your yard and put them in the fire for an hour, whatever it takes, go to advance auto, buy a set of monroe sensa tracks for 30 ish bucks, take new shocks out of box, use supplied bushings that come with new shocks, place washer on new shock, then one rubber bushing, slide your old mount onto new shock, put second bushing on top of mount, place back in car and slip second washer over the top bushing and install new nut, then put the other 2 nuts back on mount from in the trunk and instal lower bolt, repeat this on other side, done, all in all its a 20 minute job.
