Thinking of Two-Tone

I would not do a two tone on a Mark but thats just me. There are two on here that are done well and look good but just not my cup of tea. The Mark has no sharp edges which to me is a requirement for two tone.

Agreed!

I was thinking of using a bronzed gold(dark brown) on top of the ivory to match the interior, and going with stagggered bullets to match the top. Or does that sound too wild? a two tone can work on any car. You just have to find a pattern that flows with the lines of the car, it's not something that I'm taking lightly and not just any pattern will do.

With this car I do think it was a great combination effort and I like the idea of how it wraps down and around the front grille, but in my vision, I think it would of been better to bring the silver up from the grille and over the headlights about a inch above and bring it to the pinstrip line of the side of the car and down the car till you reach the trunk and bring it around the top of trunk along the hump line. But I would not of done a the 3 tone stage effect. But I do like the combo of colors selected with a split line pinstripe.

I agree, bentley did something simular with their cars.

Today I saw an 04 Deville with the black on top, silver on bottom two-tone. The more I look at it the more it looks ghetto to me now.
