I have been on an ordering spree the last couple weeks. So far, the UPS guy has been at my house every day this week, delivering. Still expecting to see him tomorrow, Monday, and Tuesday, according to my online tracking info. :D

Have ordered everything for my hub swap, and brake upgrade. Wheels and tires are what I am anxiously awaiting to show on Monday.

Incidentally, anyone have a 10% discount code for RockAuto.com? I have all the stuff for my suspension build in my cart. I have a 5% off discount currently. but the more I can save the better. Also have my sway bars sitting in my online cart on another site.

So he may be seeing me a few more times the next few weeks. Maybe I should give him a beer next time. He even hides my parts behind my garbage can if I don't answer.

You're just spending all this money so you can see the UPS guy every day, aren't you.

I got a thing for guys in ugly brown shorts...it's my thing.

I don't question why you have a season pass to the circus and their midget petting zoo.

I know you do. It's OK, everyone has their own "thing". So guys have a thing for UPS girls. Other guys have a thing for UPS... well... you know.

And I don't have a season pass to some midget petting zoo. I'm offended you'd even think something like that! I have a lifetime pass to the whole midget circus, not just the midget petting zoo!

My apologies good sir.

Maybe you should recruit them into your own local midget wrestling league. Should be heaven for you. Bunch of angry little fighters, wrapped in spandex.

Did you turn my thread into just a bickering session, between you and I?

Ironically, We've got midget wrestling coming to town next month.

I will so fly in to attend that event with you.

I'll bring shin guards, in case the little demons try getting out of hand.

Edit: With all the parts I have coming in, kind of wish it was FedEx delivering. FedEx chick in my area = HOT!

I am posting in this thread for the sole purpose of having someone other than you two post in this thread.

Way to screw up a great thread!

97WhtMrk8- I ordered everything new. Ordered from a few different places. Looked high and low for the best deals...one of the reasons it takes me awhile to do big projects.

I don't show anyone my "cart" until they atleast buy me dinner.

My wheels and tires showed up today. Wasn't the normal guy, rather a mid 40's women who wreaked of smoke. She about fell out of the truck when she swung the first box around. Momentum is a mother!

I stole her dolly, and hauled them into the garage, while she caught her breath from pulling them out of the truck. I'm not going to do ALL the work for her.

Didn't seem too happy when I said I would see her again tomorrow, according to my tracking info. Granted I could have been nice, and mentioned tomorrows box only weighs about 20lbs, but it isn't as funny to me.

wtf guys it was a stupid question damn.... wtf any particular website where u bought all your converstion parts from??????

I bought parts from at least 6 different sites. You have to just search. Ebay, Mustang sites, and Mustang vendors, primarily. The only for sure thing, is getting the rear caliper bracket adapters from Ed at tccoa.com in the for sale section.

Everything else you need to source from Mustang related places. The deals I got were all about timing and a little luck. So you either wont get as good of deals as I got, or you may do way better than I did.

One of the biggest things you need to do, is decide on the wheels you want. Have to say I searched that and tires more than anything else. Depending on the wheel, you can score a used set on corral, or svtp. Or do what I did and order new.

I'm not purposely, not telling you where I got everything. You just have to do your own research and hunting. My sources have been tap'd...by me. :p

All this talk of hub swapping makes me sad...I have everything I need to do it but I spent my wheel money on a trans.... :(

Um...I'd only been threating to steal them since the beach party last year... :D Lemme know a price and we'll figure something out... Tis tax time and almost cought up on bills.

Hell I almost bought a T-56 last week. Still kind of thinking about it.

Now it has gotten worse, heading down Sunday to check out a paint shop. Friend has a painter in his lowrider club. Guy does show quality work (been in Lowrider mag a few times). Since the body is straight and starting to peel, guy will charge me $1k out the door. So I might be dropping it off to be repainted here shortly. Just can't win!

Oh, and still need to order my suspension pieces and sway bars. So far the amount I have spent on parts, is equal to what I paid for the thing Nov 09.
