Thank You Ford for building the F250 like you did.

No, The Dodge was NOT on comming.

I was running 70 MPH in the left lane going around a Semi, with no one behind me. The Cummins pulled out into my lane from in front of the semi.

It was just him trying his hardest to get in front of me to pass the line of traffic I was in the process of going around.

I did get owned in that situation, But from now on, the next time it happens I'm NOT hitting the brakes and taking the bastard out with me.

Mike

Also...............If any of you have EVER ridden with me, you would know I don't block lanes. There is NOTHING that pisses me off more than a slow poke in the passing lane.

That's why I had the train horns on it.

Hummmmmmmmmm.
Unless the guy thinks you were running up his butt, I don't understand why he would hit his brakes in that situation.

But from your last explanation, I would definitely go with the "taking the bastard out with me" solution next time. That's why I got the huge brush guard on the Expedition.:D

I am relieved to know that you are ok after that. One hell of a ride.

Must have freaked the guy out, for him to hit the brakes or... he was some kind of vigilante speed cop wanna-be. But then, I could play the speculation game all night.

Amen to that. Ranch hand Grille Guards are perfect for it too. I have tried many times to either help some poor bastrud speed up or give him a reason to get the Hell out of the way and every time it works. sooner or later something about an F-350 and huge ass bumper that could shred mazda wakes them up.

Hey Mike... it looks like a few cans of Expanding Foam could help fix your F-250. Want me to send you a case????

I sent you a Text message about that case of foam, and I'll repeat it here.....

"In the intrest of self preservation, I hope you think twice about that."

No, No cop.

I doubt I'll ever know what happened, but I got over 20K for the truck from insurance, and thier paying for my chiropractic, and massage therapy appointments.

I'm not gonna complain any more.

Mike

Real estate being the way it is now you are smart to convert that money into a down payment. It is a buyers market out there. That being said I am glad that you were able to walk away from this.

Ouch dude......glad your ok....well kinda ok anyway.
Life is short and the ass in the dodge almost took yours.
Hindsight is always easy the right move would be to plaster the ba$tard....but it all happens so dam fast reactions take over.

You did what your mind told you to in the little bit of time it had.

Sorry about your truck.
