I would imagine the extra chrome strips on the bumpers is to hide the seams of added or replaced lower bumper sections. Other than that added chrome strip I like the front bumper also.

Yeah..maybe if it didn't have those hideous ****** rims on it..the only thing they're missing on it are some fake fender vents from pep boys and sh*tty chrome trim around the door, trunk and hood edges..the owner must not have gotten to that "mod" yet.
