Nicer rides than mine. Had I known I would have had mine fixed this weekend and had nothing better going on, I'd have made the drive rather than setting here on the board.
 
We will be having another get together in a month or two. The next one will be on the Illinios side. We will post it up a few weeks in advance. Give guys time to plan. Hopefully, some of our out of towners can make it for the next one.:)

What year, color, etc.. is your LS?

'04 V6 Sport. Nothing fancy. Just another silver LS out there ('cept this one belongs to ME and I LOVE IT) :D

Haven't done the typical "go fast" mods. I've stayed fairly bone stock cept for going slightly above stock on the brake pads to eliminate some of the fade of the OEMs coming off the sides of these WV mountains, also upgraded to the next shock up, and stuck a set of iriduim plugs in it to help smooth out the operational efficency.

If I find a need for more I may do other things. Till I find someone glued to my rearend on some of the twisties that can keep up while staying between the lines, I don't see a need. Many try but I've yet to find one I can't put a half dozen turns between us in short order.

Partly why I'd like to hang out with some fellow LS owners/lovers, Maybe it'll spark something.

Where it would be in Il wouldn't matter any, it's close to a 10 hour drive. It'd need to be a Saturday on a weekend nothing happens the week prior, bad part is I never know when a user will click the wrong thing or something will blow up unexpectedly.

Why not come to the meet in Boscobel, Wisconsin next month, i am planning on being there and you guy's live closer than i do.
 
it was nice meeting/chatting with you guys. hopefully ill get mine goin this year and we could all meet up.

Its a time issue for me.

Plus, I can't drag the kids off for a several hundred mile drive for the weekend without the wife blowing a headgasket. I don't think the 18 month old would do well on that long of a drive.
 
You weren't kidding. You said one was in pieces.:lol: .... The Audi looked hot. It was cool meeting you. Definitely get the LS together soon.

Start our own little "LS Mafia" group.:lol:

I saw "Fairmont". Thought you were in Fairmont City, Illinios. My mistake.
 
No, but I drive out that way on occasion. IL and TX are where I take drives to. I typically swing out to St. Louis or down to Killeen, occasionally NYC. St Louis is where I go for short drives. Killeen is for long drives. Do the round trip to St Louis or the one way to Killeen in about 19-20 hours.

I like to drive... The Fairmont I'm located in is in BEAUTIFUL north-central West Virginia. "Almost Heaven"

nice pics of ur alls car. Is the river really up that much. I am from south county. If i get back up there this summer i will have to check out ur cars.
 
yeah i missed the june london meet i had coil misfire and didn't want to take the risk driving to london but you're cars look sweet guys good job cant wait to see the vid

The pics on the riverfront turned out nice. Next time we need to get a few more people out there with us.
 
damn if i knew you had a video camera i would have had you record a launch in the s4. ive havent seen any video of it yet
 
I almost did, but was so taken away by the 7700rpm stall that I forgot to push record...
 
Nice little meet. Looks like a car show in the back. Awesome rides guys. And Rollin I never knew you had underbody neon and strobes n stuff, nice job man!
 
They are led lights, and yes it was a car show, put on at a church every 3rd sat. of the month.

Excellent place...no alcohol, no drugs, free hot dogs and soda/water.

they even had a nice hand washing station outside the johnny on the spots. Had I know this was such a family freindly place, I would have brought my son.
 
The pic of Rollin's LS with the girl in it (2nd to last) would be a really sick pic if the people weren't in the way, also with maybe a little better camera. lol
