I have no clue what you are saying. But the 2001 up Cobra manifolds are the same for a 4.6l. I dont recall any part of this thread talking about a truck.

Not exactly.

96-98 manifolds are similar to 99/01 manifolds with the exception of the AIR port in the front. The port shape is the same for all 96-01 manifolds.

03-04 manifolds have entirely different shaped ports. They are required for proper exhaust flow on any 03-04 head.

If you want to use the cobra manifolds on a b head, the 96-01 are sufficient. Using 03-04 manifolds will not gain you much, if anything.
