Socal Census....

My car is going in Wednesday, the 8th for installation of the Eibach Pro-kit springs. Hopefully, I'll get it back quickly and be able to get it in to the body shop for installation of the spoiler in time for the meet.
 
Hopefully you guys will be meeting up in June, i'll be in Cali for a week and Arizona the week after. I have to do atleast one meet before the LS retires to storage.
 
One of my HIDs doesn't work, the bulb is fine but the box is the one causing the problem. I e-mailed that company and I am waiting for the response.

I might be without HIDs :mad: , but I hope my W7 makes it before the meeting.

If its not ready, i will install it for you.

I am MECP certified, but i usually do SPL installs, so this is a walk in the park for me.

I reccomend you provide 1000 rms to the w7, not 500, but the 500/1 is underated at 13 volts. So you might be giving it 650 rms at a little less than full gain.

Thats if i make it to the meet
 
Thanks man. Actually I did all of the system in my car before, 3 amps, all new wiring, speakers, head unit and the subs. I don't have any problem hookin em up. I am just gonna get the box made.

Yea and about the amp that's what I was thinking too, it will push more than the written 500.

so when is the meeting?
 
We need to update the list of who's coming....
Only a week and a half away....
 
I checked the weather and it's suppost to rain Friday...Saturday looks good though so far. Please respond with a coming or not so we can plan accordingly for saturday....Thanks guys.
 
I haven't got my HIDs, haven't got my W7. But, I hope I get whatever I want to surprise everybody with by the time of the meet and it works on my car of course.

I'll be there. It better not rain, if my car is dirty ain't plannin to showin it to nobody. I'll be there anyway
 
That's 2 for sure, I know a couple others are comin too for sure but they don't check the site that often.
 
i hate to be a buzzkill but it looks like weather in the san diego area is going to be pretty crappy friday and saturday. weather.com as well as the tv channel both expect rain all day or at least off and on with colder temperatures and clouds. should we push this back another week? it would be a shame to get everyone there and have to deal with rain.
 
Yeah I agree I have been checkin weather.com too...
I think we should push it back. I am busy on the 25th But how about the 1st of April?? Does that work for everybody? I would hate to be in the rain and cold!!
 
April first date.....

Should we keep the same location or should we try to move it as well? I am o.k. with the Marina but we may have time to find a better place....Or even try to reserve one? Let me know some ideas from you guys on this. Or just to keep it easy we can leave everything the same.
