a 77 TA...pos...but it's rather iconic, no it's not one of the original 3 used in the movie, since those were all totalled...but anyway

one of the coolest movie cars when i was a kid, after that movie i wanted a trans am in the worst way. i still love the way they look. i wouldnt mind one of the new bandit edition trans am's from year one!

The Year One rebuild is bad ass, the one I'm working on right now is a total turd...I'm replacing EVERYTHING associated with the brake system, and rear axle seals... I popped the diff plate and the housing was full of foamy lube, and the king pin keeper bolt was (general GM crap) broken at the threads so the holding rod was stuck in there, had to use my easy-out set on it

that picture you posted jeremy doesnt look like present day lol, it looks straight out of smokey and the bandit, are you in texarkana? i see snowman across the street loading 400 cases of illegal coors!

Smokey and the Bandit T/A was really cool but I must say the coolest movie/tv T/A would have to be KITT.

always sweet to see a classic old car like that restored and updated.
looks old, runs new!!

I love resto mods and for so long ive hated the later 70s t/a's and camaros I am starting to actually like them now.

If I ever did an old car restore from a movie title...it'd be Bumble Bee, or Eleanor
