does anybody have a picture of a black gen 1 with these on there? ( a non LSC gen 1 to be exact)- was toying with the thoughts of getting the silver speedstars, the car has a ton of chrome on it already, ive seen a black gen 1 with the chrome speedstars but ive never seen a black gen 1 with silver speedstars.

i ordered a set last week from templeperformance and they are sold out....and the only set that came in were the chrome ones. He said that it wont be until June that they wont have blacks and silvers.

Please dont waste your money on painted saleens. They will look horrible. Stick to chrome, expectantly on a black car. You will thank me later.

Hub swapping is the only way to go with the VIIIs in my opinion.

this is how i want my mark to look, im going to replace the chrome trim with black all around the bumpers and sides. and by me i have never seen a mark with anything but snowflakes and 20 spokes. i think im gonna most likely run conti extreme contact dws all seasons, 255/45/18 all around

this is hard for me to decide. i love the vogues and stock 16s but one rim is getting bad, might see if i can buy another one- on the other hand i like the speedstars. after my car gets a bice buff and i polish the rims it looks real cleann

You should sensor lower it if it still has the air ride.

i might look into that, and yes it still has the air ride- its so comfortable with the air ride, i wouldn't want to swap to coil overs and regret it. when i decide if im gonna keep these or get saleens ill lower it, but i might need new airbags because the car goes real low- the lowest it can when i dont start it up

Really? I have yet to see anyone in Miami w/speedstars.

You don't have to make a new thread. Search this site for COBRA R's. There's a thread started not long ago ref another member asking the same question. Never the less, here's my car with Cobra R's which will soon be going on my 97 & below is a Gen 2 w/Cobra R's that I got from LVC some time ago.
