Service just as important as price

Jamie sorry to here about your luck with UPS I personally think they suck. But thats cause I am the competition Con-way. LOL We are faster with more exception free service. BLAH BLAH BLAH. I understand were you guys are coming from I field calls 10hrs a day and watch over 20 plus employee a day. It can get you down giving out advice to every Tom, Dick and Harry, and price matching worthless competition. But think about how that person thinks of your professional courtesy in helping them with their problem, I bet money that those people buy from you at some point or another. If not for all your experience at least for your great customer service.

I haven't had any problems out of my Mark VIII yet but if I do you guys will be my first stop for parts. You guys keep up the good work.

i have american air product on my car bought through Rheinhart I beleive (i didnt buy it) its the lowered stuff, i would really just recommend buying t-bird stuff. The car is very bouncy, but for 400 bucks a great option I guess.
