youll need a tbody gasket when you pull the tbody just fyi

Is doing this the same as a mid 90's crown vic? If so my dad pulled the TB cleaned everything and had it back together in a few hours, well we were moving one time.

Yep, serious.
Depending on how big your hands/tools are, you'll probably be best off pulling the wiper cowl. You'll need all of those 3 hours.
