I had Glass Masters come out and take the glass out of the 93 parts car with near mint rubber and change it out from my 94 with pitted rubber, also mine had the rubber trimmed from the sides but not anymore. Now I have to have the window tinted again. It was a good time to vacuum the rear deck lol
He used a reciprocating saw with a flexible putty knife on the end and a spray bottle with water and a soap solution to cut through the old sealant. On mine, he done it all from the outside because I didn't care about the rubber so he just cut it out without ever getting inside the car once. I took some pics while he done some of this. It will look better when I get it tinted again. Going a little darker next time with the tint too.

Above is the glass from the 93. Top corners is where he had the most problems but he done a good job.

This is the bead of rubber sealant he used before installing the 93 glass in mine.
After the install it sprinkled a little bit but this is how it turned out. I now have good rubber all the way around without any pitting.
