rear end slide

so i've noticed that when i take curves on the highway at higher speeds and hit some rough patches i notice the rear end shift to the side. is this normal

Eh, kinda. It depends. There is a rough spot on the onramp that I drive every day that has dips in it from where a large transition has started crumbling. Everyday I hit it the rear of the car shifts just a little.

It's really bad on rail road tracks on a curved part of the road then you can feel it move a couple of inches

i wouldnt worry about it. you could always fill the entire trunk with quickcrete. even the spare tire area. that oughta hold er down

Yeah, mine used to do it too. Larger rear tires. larger sway bar and IRS brace seemed to cure the problem.

I suggest not driving on rail road tracks, those are made for trains
