rear end floats

the rear end of my 93 base fells like it is floating side to see at high speeds? I am thinking it is rear sway bar but can't figure it out.

Jack up the rear of the car (both sides on jack stands), and start wiggling everything you can grab ahold of.

Specifically see if there's any movement in the wheel, either side to side or up and down. Then work your way inwards. Could be a wheel bearing going bad, or rear toe link compensators. Could also be one (or many) of the rear control arm or spindle bushings going bad...
