Radiator change steps and advice?

Talk about having a stick up your ass... I was simply stating a fact, not in any way trying to be a tough guy like you seem to be... Theoretically, you shouldn't run into a boiling problem if everything is in order, unless of course something goes wrong. You asked for answers and you got them, now you chew people's heads off because apparently you're better than everybody else? Calm yourself Steeda Boy, we're all learning, even YOU ;)

running a surfactant in the cooling system does give the ability for the engine to run cooler, but it WONT.. unless you change the thermostat AND the tune to reflect this added cooling ability.

Datalog the car, BEFORE you change the coolant and afterwards.
Simply changing the coolant wont have a "significant" impact on the temp, unless you make SIGNIFICANT "hardware and software" changes.

Not trying to chew your head off, but the "Antifreeze also raises the boil temp doesnt it? Not that you should run into that.." comment didn't have to end with a sarcastic indirect shot at me. That insinuated that it will overheat since I live in Florida. I knew what your were pulling with that comment. I had no gripe with you whatsoever, but you took it upon yourself to try and take a discreet, indirect shot at me.

You took another one with your Steeda Boy comment. Don't know where you get off calling me boy, or how old you think I am, but again your immature comments are unnecessary. I love how you can feel like a man name calling behind a keyboard, but whatever makes you feel better.

I never said, nor insinuated I was better than anyone else. Please point out in my post where I insinuated I was better than anyone here? Again making baseless claims.

I've got respect for anyone that respects me. But if anyone disrespects me, plan on getting the same treatment. Plain and simple! I believe in equal justice, and equal treatment..........

Evidently, you DIDN'T know what I was "pulling" with that comment... I told you what I was "pulling" with that comment in my reply, I simply meant that you shouldn't run into overheating problems as long as everything is in working order. There is the off chance of something breaking (it is a car), and you COULD possibly run into an overheating problem, but SHOULDN'T. I "took another one with my Steeda Boy comment" because you spoke down at me for no reason that I could see. This supports the fact that you insinuated that you were better than somebody else. YOU started it. That's where I "get off" calling you "Boy," now I've insulted you and we're even. I too believe every man is created equal, so stop talking down at people. Bury the hatchet

Anyone with any bit of intelligence takes everything they hear, formulate a hypothesis, and go from there. You don't just take every persons word as text! I had a guy that everyone boasted about being the best mechanic on the east coast for stangs. I brought my car to him, he diagnosed it wrong, I figured it out through tips from fellow forum members, and my own problem solving. Point is just because you may be an expert doesn't make you always right.

My mentioning working at Steeda wasn't pounding my chest, nor was it to boast about how knowledgeable I am.
