Pretty close Sapp, what would you do for a grille?
I looked at that on my cobra bumper with the Gen 2 lights.

It gives it a sick kind of grin....do this I think it will look awesome.

And if you do choose a grille I would imagine there would be a huge selection.

I think there's like 3 or 4 different ones for mustangs...lol

Bryan Johnson is the guy with the Mazda headlights... Blue_t's were custom smoked.

I've always thought of what it would look like with a tbird front grill and a tbird rear trunk light to move the license plate up.

Buy a t-bird. They're cheap and they have all those things you like. They're even lighter than a Mark VIII!

Unless I can find some Polyurethane rods this won't happen, I tried using some slivers of the scrap bumper, and it just won't melt properly, as soon as it dries it turns to powder and natually..won't stick

I'm using a $50 heat gun that I picked up at Home Depot a while back, plus a heat gun welding tip that I shimmed to make fit, it's capable of welding 1050 degrees, I'm setting it at about 350 tho, it takes forever to melt it at that heat, but any hotter starts to burn it

body work was never one of my favorites, but when mating the cobra bumpers to the mark, what do you hold them together with?rivets? i know you use filler to smooth it all out after, but heat gun to mold, im curious to try something including a hood. any tips? ive got nothing but time and now i can use parents garage. it may not be pretty, butb just like drywall, apply, sand repeat until right, right?
