Finally, got the Trailblazer SS back from the dealer. I had a list of things for them to fix. Took them a week, but they got it done. Like the new two tone leather interior? Had "SS" stitched into all four seats. Black leather with light grey leather inserts. Started collecting parts for a few mods. Nothing over the top. Just simple stuff.

Looks great, surprising good for white!

I Like mods and the TB SS takes to them well.

*cough* stall converter *cough*

Nice!

Gonna lower it?

New wheels and exhaust??

Lowering cost an arm and a leg. New control arms. Real pain in the arse.

Mostly likely going with 22" x 9.5". Looking for a nice lip.

Intake and exhaust already picked out. Just waiting for funds.

Already working on a few simple cheap mods. Starting small.

I forgot, is this a AWD or RWD?

Wikipedia said:
"An SS model was introduced for the 2006 model year. This was the first time a production SUV wore the Super Sport badge.[5] This TrailBlazer came standard with a 6.0 L LS2 V8 based on the same engine that comes standard in the 2005-2006 Pontiac GTO. The LS2 is rated at 395 hp (295 kW) with 400 lb·ft (540 N·m) of torque and can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in an estimated 5.8 seconds with quarter mile times around 14.2 seconds at 100.0 mph (160.9 km/h). Other differences entail the use of a 4-speed automatic transmission, a cold air intake package, a 4.10 ratio limited slip rear differential, a ZQ8 sport suspension, specially designed front brakes with brake pads similar to those found on the Corvette, and optional all-wheel drive (via a Torsen T-3 center differential)."

AWD was an option.. ;)

Tasteful, but still a damned chevy! I'm not a fan!

Never driven that one but did get to drive the new Camaro (v6) as a rental. Car was surprisingly small with poor visibility in all directions. Not a terrible car and the v8 would make up for some of that.

The only current production GM I would own is the CTS-V and that is way out of my price range.

Hope you kept the LS!

Seats look awesome, Rollin! Are you gonna do the interior door panel inserts to match the seats or just leave them black?

Nice seat, they look stock. I agree about the cost of lowering. If you've joined tbssowners.com get with Tony, the DJM rep. He can get the best prices around.

The interior is done. Except for some dash work I am thinking about doing.

Bought a 2010 Camaro SS for the wife. When I bought the Trailblazer SS. The blind spot in the back is from the B-pillar. Not to bad. I notice it, when I am backing up. The a-pillar is a bit large. But nothing to complain about.

CTS-V is sick fast. Three years ago, I test drove one. WOW!!!!! 6-speed manual. I was going down the on ramp. I am looking over my left shoulder to merge. I sped up a bit. Got ahead of all the traffic. I look at the speedometer. 100mph in third gear. Holy crap!!! It didn't even feel like 100mph. Incredibla ride.

interior looks great man!!

By the way, you know you can do multiple quotes in one post right. Just click the + buttom next to quote buttom and on the last person you want to quote, click the actual quote button. All the posts you clicked the + button on will be inserted in your one post to quote.
