great! and i have a feeling this is going to be awesome...i just hope i can have atleast three other LS's drive with me to summit from PA. the more the better!
 
I asked for the day off as well so I'm definitely going up ! I don't take many days off so I gotta make the most out of this. That and I feel a small obligation to go cuz I started the thread !
 
I dont work weekends :) so I dont have to take the day off.

I will be there hopefully!

granted, have some fresh hail damage on the front bumper and a new exhaust leak, but oh well.
 
A week away ! I hope I don't end up solo. I looked at Summit on google maps , that place is HUGE ! We should find a place to meet up when we get there. Or a place to park our LSs togeather. I've never been there so I'm not familiar with the area. Anyone have any suggestions ?
 
Well.....looks like I'm backing out again.

Sorry but I'm ditching you guys for a riding trip. Gonna head up to Mio Mi and hit the trails!

I've been to that Summit before, for those of you that haven't make sure you give yourself some time, you'll love it!

I'm still coming. I live 15 minutes down the road so if we need to go anywhere for a photoshoot/food/etc I can pick us a place
 
i'm super excited I only live like 20 minutes away, and I plan on showing my car hopefully we can all park together,
 
Same goes for me! im only 45 minutes away :)

and my exhaust may be fixed by next weekend :)

Could be replacing struts on a friends 00 cadillac deville in exchange for my choice of magnaflow mufflers and tips.

and he's buying the quick struts, so less than 2 hours work = new exhaust!
 
I had an interesting evening ! I went to the gas station on my way home from helping a friend move and what pulls up infront of me ? Well of course its another LS ! Before he could even get out of his car I'm bombarding him with HI ! I like your car ! :D he glances back at mine and returns the compliment. So I started to tell him about the meet. In the pouring rain and 20 mph wind. Duh. Now inside the gas station he asks for the address of Summit and we chat for a second. Then I realized that I was only home about 30 minutes before I left again to help my friend move . In 90 F heat. After working outside all day in 90 F heat. Wow I look like a bum ! Heavy farmers tan showing already. Definitely not my A game. :eek: so I was rather quick to get out of there.
All embarrassment aside. He said that he looked forward to going. We'll see!
 
My wife could start labor at any time between now and then, although she isn't technically due for about 3 weeks. Dr. said it could be any time so that puts me out. She has been having some complications recently but she and the baby are doing okay.

I can just see it now, I was 300 miles away at an LVC meet when she was rushed to the hospital for our first child...
 
Just bring her along. If she goes into labor it will make for a fun story for later when the kid grows up
 
My brother and I are still driving from PA. Hope everthing works out Lincoln Luebbe! and i agree with bullschmidt haha
 
What time are we going to meet at summit? or are we meeting somewhere outside of summit? Just wondering cause im about 2 hours from tallmadge
