Got the title signed over on my '98 Toreador Red base today... there is the small issue of the car still being about 1800 miles away, but that will be dealt with soon enough :D.

Lots of credit goes to My Great 8 for being so helpful and open about the car. I've never bought a vehicle from out of state before and so far it hasn't been a bad experience at all. Granted I don't have the car yet, but I don't forsee there being too much of a problem with that, I trust the guy going down to get it ;).

I've been around some of you guys for a while... showed up to the last couple beach parties and drove other people's cars on the cruise... it'll feel good actually having one myself for a change. I'm sure I'll be posting a lot more on here, especially when Brandon gets sick of answering my stupid questions, haha.

Its about time. :D

When are you getting it, dam FL...and its snowing today.
Rust free FTMFW

Glad everything went smooth with the title transfer. You also have to give thanks to my good friend Alex (Ultimate SVT) for the paint job he did painting over the chrome. I will be vacuuming it and giving it a coat of wax if I have time after work today. Best of luck with it. I'm sure you will enjoy it as much as I enjoy mine!

No hurry on getting it shined up... it's not getting picked up for another week. Appreciate the thought though, I'm excited to see it in person!

does this mean i will finally get to meet brandon in person so i can slap the little bastard in the mouth for fun?

you know the drill, where are the pics? are you having it shipped or are you flying in and driving it home?

btw r u gonna b around this weekend? im gonna b in the area.

Haha... transportation details are still being arranged.

As far as pics, I have just the ones Rich sent to my phone... I'll post em but they're pretty small. I'll be around this weekend... no guarantees how busy I'll be though, haha.

You lucky turd!!! You got a great car! If I wouldn't have purchased the current 97 from Rich I would've purchased this one! Very clean car. I enjoyed painting the trim on this vehicle! Good times w/Rich & Elliott!

Trust me, you won't be disappointed! Smooth car all around. It's a true shame it's got that ding on the door. No biggie though, Should be easy to pop that sucker out!

Thanks, that's good to hear. Looks like you did a good job on the trim from what I've seen!

I take pride in my work! It got a nice sanding, 2 coats of primer, a bit more sanding to smooth it out, 3 coats of toreador red & 2 coats of clear!

These were taken just minutes after I finished doing the job! Like I said, I love the car! :)
