Near your oil filter or under it, I'm gonna say Oil/Coolant thingy gasket..it's under the oil filter ( and by under I mean, between the filter and the block) tucked up behind the PS pump, not terrible to do yourself..
When going to a shop for help, please keep in mind that most techs get paid by "flag hour" meaning when/if he/she fixes or diags your car then they get paid...so if there's no charge, and there's good info resulting from eyes-on, tips are nice! I only say this because, I'm a tech and I have to do "free visual inspections" in the heat, for $7.75 an hour...nobody tips anymore and it's just plain mean to make folks find problems for free
so before this turns into a rant...
Make sure you can find some freshly leaked fluid..after above stated cleaning has been done..degreaser and some high pressure wash, then you'll be able to see the area better, and the color of fluid will be a bigger give-away

yea, i got them from a job i did, i got about 10 of them, but i only got 2 of them working so far, one is just rewired to work as a regular phone, and 1 i actually got fully working, asks for money and all!! i put that near the pool so the guests have to drop a quarter for a call

Yea ps fluid is red, oil is black however grime mixed with ps fluid will look black. Jamie completely degreased and cleaned my entire engine by hand and whole front end underside. The whole front end was spotless. The PS leak made the engine look caked up with black crap again just like your picture. So looks can be deceiving. The only telltale sign is the color of the drops on the ground, not the color of the stuff on the actual engine.
