non driving mofo + LS = ?

I work out in Timonium (literally split by York Rd) and I pass rt. 40. You guys don't have it as bad as us in PG, though. Sorry to hear it man. If you do buy back, the Crazy Rays in Jessup has a black LSE in it. Rear was gone but the front was all there. This was Sunday. I know we don't know each other but I'm in the area so hit me up if you need anything.
 
Haha, i used to work in timonium/lutherville back in 08/09 at the NTB. Now i work for a private owned goodyear up and down york road.

If i am able to buy it back for a low price, my plan was to go to crazy rays. I was on their website last night, man they have low prices! If i can find a gen 2 with a good front end...

Was the lse you saw a gen one or two? Thanks for offering the assistance
 
I work off of Timonium Rd. right next to the crowne plaza. Yeah, man, I get all of my parts there. They have like 4 yards. The one at Hawkins Point off 695 is one of the best. The one I saw was a gen II as it had the round fogs. Front end conversion?!?!? :) It had the quads but like I said, someone already grabbed the rear bumper. :( I believe both headlights were good on it, too. Interior was in decent shape. I'm thinking it may have had a blown gasket because it didn't look wrecked.

I wish i knew what insurance is going to do, id go and buy the whole front.
 
Yeah, I hear you. You can't wait too long, though. Parts don't last at these places. If they aren't already pulled, they're screwed up from someone trying to get a part before you but didn't know how to get it. I went to four different LSs Sunday and the same part was broken in each one because the person obviously didn't know how to remove clips.

If you had USAA still you would be golden. Not sure about geico. I would check out your police report.
 
Pretty much at a stand still. She is claiming injury, and its looking like im going to be at fault, unless my adjuster can prove what happened with the pics.

I also called a few businesses where it happened, but so far no luck on cameras being able to see the road.
 
Bummer, been there although in a noninjury. Ditzy broad was getting ready to make a left turn onto an interstate ramp but was talking on her phone at a stop light, missing several opportunities to go because she was ignoring traffic. Just past the stoplight, the road went to 1 lane. I went around her on the right, just as the light turned yellow. She decided to go straight instead of turning at that point. I caught the front of her car with the back of mine, and my bumper hooked her nosecap and pulled it off. Had she waited .0001 second longer to gun it, either there would have been no accident or she'd have hit me square on in the back of my car. It was ruled my fault because past the turn the right lane became a turn right lane for a service road 50 feet past the interstate exit.

Dude, make sure everyone has the correct curb weight. My insurance on my 1st gen had it listed at 4100 lbs and I had to correct it. A few hundred pounds could make a difference to ballistics data for the investigation.

Lolwut. That investigation would cost more than the potential injury settlement.
 
Well, im going back n forth between trying to fix it or just forget it. Geico doesnt seem to be 'investigating' too much. I found the body parts for low prices, its the metal straigtening thats gonna kill it.
Friend of mine said 'bang that ish out yourself'....tempted too lol
 
what do you need to straighten?
just get new hood and fenders, bc that aluminum is a b*tch

I was referring to the radiator support and the metal underneath the fender (the front of it is bent down)

I took the bumper and fender off today to get a better look at things
 
shoot, if i were you i would probably start taking part bids on here. i bet you would make some $, you will have it sittin around for a while though.

i fxed mine but mines a bit newer and less miles. it looks like junk upon close inspection but it is cheap/reliable transportation. (as reliable as an ls can be that is)
 
I thought about a part out, but i dont have the time or a place to keep it
