No slim kit at DDM Tuning?

I noticed this before when we were talking about DDM with that guy that wanted new bulbs. And thats the kit i was talking about.
 
maybe forums all buy from them because it's so cheap and they ran out.
 
But why remove the product? why not just put sold out, minimize confusion.
 
If there not selling them anymore I got lucky. I just bought some 2 weeks ago.

actually my brothers friend put in a claim with ddm and they had no problem at all replacing everything, it just took like 2 or 3 weeks to actually get it in the mail
 
I'm sure they'll restock them eventualy. If they don't then that's them loosing business $$$...& that's not good for business...

That's good to know.. Since everyone uses them, I kinda figured they would stick to their warranty..

We expect to have the Slims in stock in about 4-5 weeks, however there is a chance that we will stop carrying them entirely.

If there is plenty of room to mount the ballasts, the Raptors are an excellent choice. In fact, even before this inventory issue, I would recommend the Raptors for any installation that weren't short on available space. There's really no significant performance difference between the Raptors and Slims; the Raptors can be a more accommodating ballast--less finicky--depending on the installation context (not aware of issues for either ballast type for Lincolns/Caddies)."
 
How big is a raptor ballast compared to a slim?

There is a big difference in the size. I ordered mine on Monday and got Raptor kit for my fogs and the Slim for my low beams. I can take a photo of the two next to each other.

Same here. DDM was great it was just the 2 week wait that sucked. I also have the raptor kit in both my vehicles.

Wow!!! Huge difference. They better keep the slim kit cause that raptor one would be a pain.
 
Yeah that raptor kit looks "old school". The slim looks more modern and like its
easier to mount not only because of size but weight.

Thank god for oem hids.
