Allot of work But having every thing from the stang will help allot and there will still be some fabrication involved. You will have to change the oil pan to the Marks and use the Marks front cross and suspension and modify the drive shaft, other then that its just getting it all in and wired plumbed properly.
OH yea you will have to modify the hood wont even come close to fitting a gen1 and supercharger will hit on a gen2.

Dude, For 11 Grand You Could Have A Built Bullet Proof Tranny And A Built Supercharged Mark Engine. Its Not Worth The Trouble. Spen Your Money On The Stuff Already In The Car.

OP: If you do get the engine make sure you do the even flow head cooling mod before you slap it in. They are notorious for a drivers side head tic from no coolant flow on the last two cylinders. The head coolingmod allows the coolant to flow through instead of just sitting there. Its only $120 and will save you from having to buy a new head when you over heat it.
