I picked up a 2004 LS V8 with 50,000 for $6,800 I will try and post some pics later. It is silver, I am going to oreder a grill and some wheels, i'm wanting some good looking wheels that are 17's so I can use my tires anyone know where I can get some.:)

I will post up some pics tomorrow, and ya my future mods will be exhaust intake, lower it a little, and wheels when I get my taxes money.
 
I don't know a lot about these cars yet, I spend most of my time on my Trans am , but I will figure it out.

yes, soon you will become familiar with the cooling system, the ignition coils, and your sunroof drainage I'm sure :]
 
Welcome. They are coming in faster than they are leaving.

WOW. That is an awesome deal. Is it the entry model with the least features? Man. I got mine for double the price with double the miles, it was fully loaded though.

Sheeeiiitttt... seeing deals like this makes me feel like I got raped when I bought mine 4 years ago.

Then again, 4 years in car terms is an eternity.

I got an awesome deal (or so I thought at the time)on mine when it came back right off lease, but not $6800 awesome.

I paid $17k for my 04 Ultimate in early 2006 with 45k on it.

here's some more rape for you!

Replace the rear reverse flow mufflers with straight pipe and tips.
It works, it's cheap, not too loud and sounds real sweet with a CAI which you can do for 40.00 with Autozone or Advance universal cone filter if you cut down your stock airbox.
Then all you need is a tune and she'll pull real good.
 
I did not foeget any zero's, and it has alot of options. I left the car out of the garage last night and it rained and now I have water in to little cubby hole in both the driver and pass. doors what caused this windows were up.

I am a prophet.

Lol. Pull your headliner down by the sunroof and u will see a hose comin frorm the sunroof drains on both left and right sides. These hoses have come disconnected.
 
Cudos to Andrizzle. Well done, you are a prophet. I was parked next to an LS with a sunroof the other day and my daughter says, "I wish yours had the sunroof". I can't tell you how happy I am that it doesn't. One less problem to worry about. Although I would like the safety factor of the seemingly indestructible glass vs sheet metal over my head. Maybe I can get one of those stick-ons?

For a grill, I recommend a traditional Weber charcoal unit. I've had mine for years.

There aren't many aftermarket 17's that look good on the LS. Spend the money on some 18's or 19's.

I can't believe what sarcastic jerks you guys are. This forum has gone to hell. I remember back when it used to be good and full of useful information from people who wanted to help. Now it is just a bunch of A$$holes. I'm never coming back.
