Hello everyone.

Name is Tyler. I'm trying to find a 97-98 LSC to buy and have one lined up.

Anyways, I've loved the Mark VIII for as long as I can remember. My great uncle let me drive his when I was 9 or 10 and I've wanted one ever since.

I currently drive a 2010 Ford Fusion Sport and I have modified it a little.

I've been going through all the threads here planning mods for a car I don't even have. First mod is definitely Cobra brakes / hub swap.

It has the 3.5L out of the base Taurus. 263 HP stock. Dynoed at 231 FWHP. Does the 1/4 in 14.5 @ 98.

I'm cheap, as this will be my second car. I'm basically looking for a "mechanic's special" to keep initial costs down. $2500 is my maximum buying price right now.

Here's a nice $2,500 solid looking Florida Mark. Been on Craigslist for a few weeks. I'd offer $1,900 to see if he budges.
