Ok, here's the scoop
Dumped 1200 into the car, new front bag, struts, rear struts, oil change, alignment, misc parts,
Tire balance, plugs, wires, fiex turn signals, restored head lamps, etc etc...
Here's the issue, the plugs I bought are autolite a104p's 2 of them didn't even screw in, replace
And all 8 are in. New wires too 8mm double core, not FMS but a good alternative anyway
Now I have a miss that wasn't there before! It was slight but more noticable during moderate
Acceleration. Now I can make it do it under heavy load.
My new development is this, a cel on the dash, had the guy at autozone pull it he tells me there are 2 codes. 1 is for the IAC overspeed error
2 is the bank 1 lean
I don't know the exact code numbers but anyone want to guess at the problem and possible fix! I am going to replace the crappy autolites with bosch platinum 4's takes the gap out of the equation
I need to get her purring again!
Thanks
Bill
