New Best @ Atco Tonight

when i ran i had no mufflers, spare, or jack. And i was almost empty. I ended up going faster in terrible air :D

I've decided that I'm going to set the shift points up even higher yet. He's been shifting at 7000 rpms out of first and I've been shifting at 6600-6700.

And good for you that I'm not the type to keep secrets just to win.

I got my best times shifting at 7000rpm with the gen 2 (both with stock and Cobra intake) and 6600rpm in my 13 second 95 LSC (stock intake).

I don't think lightening up your vehicle is cheating if it is stated. We made improvments in mine but also lightened it some. When finished I would like to get comparable numbers for full street to lightened.

I think I probably added 100lbs to my car with all the crap over the winter.

A DA of 361 is "so-so"? Not fair. :( DA's around here are typically 1000+, unless we get some freak weather.

Congrats on the new best.

The DA @ Atco as of 10:54 a.m. today is -373. :D

I might go again tonight!

Thanks!

Good Luck, My you bring back a new record.

We'll see. Looks like there might be a bit of a head wind.

And I've changed the intake system a bit. ;)

The picture is while I was mocking things up, I'm actually using a 90mm LMAF, not the BA2400 in the pic. If I see a benefit from the new inlet tube and MAF, then I'll fabricate some sort of fenderwell cold air setup.

The DA @ 2:54 p.m. was -317, the air pressure is rising, and the wind is supposed to die down a bit.

I'll be there around 5 p.m., if anyone wants to come down. ;)

Unfortunately, no.

It was a pretty disappointing night. :(

The air was great, DA -787. :D

The traction sucked.

Too many import oil downs, street cars dragging water to the line, and a bunch of semi-trucks making passes, no less. :p

I did make one decent pass, though.

You're on the way to the top Doug. Fantastic run, over 104mph regardless of dipping back into 1.9 60s. I see better times coming for you once again. You sure as hell aint done yet.
