a lot of you know i've been posting a lot about rims and :q:q:q:q. i was looking on tirerack and they have rims on their similar to the 2011-2012 mustang GT rims. check these out, i know they're cheap but i think they look good. let me know what you think.. size 17x7.5

these with conti extreme contact ultra high perf. all seasons, 245/50/17 all around.
 
sorry link don't work, they are the sport edition F7's, silver painted.
 
Sport Edition rims are CHEAP! The finish is crap too. They are ok for winter rims imho, but nothing else (I have a set of winters on F7's actually with Conti tires.)

There was a set locally to me last week. After some research I found out they were crap. There was more than 1 person that cracked 1/3 of the rim off..Once I saw that I passed.
 
is there a certain used mustang/cobra rim thats looks and works best on marks? iam going to change over to 5x4.5

yes. 04 mustang cobra wheels. :shifty: :D like my signature pic.

but really no. there are a billion options. pick what you want.
for offset numbers, 05+ stang wheels tuck in a little better. 94-04 might stick out a little too far.
 
it was an idea lol. nobody got 17" cobra r"s except SCP which I was told to stay away from, blows big ones cause I really like the way a black gen 1 looks with cobras.. anyone know a place that has them besides scp?

looks good to me. good guy to buy from as well.
 
I run 03 bullitts love the offset on the mark but without rolling the rear I can only fit 255s
Witch is more than enough for a stock mark.
 
did u have to do a hub swap? where could I find those cobras? I haven't seen them up close, they look clean
 
Mine are SVT Thunderbird wheels. I don't know if FRP still makes them or not. I bought mine from The Tire Rack back in 99. since they were made for the the SVT Thunderbird they have the right bolt spacing for the Mark VIII as well. The SVT bird never made it into production. but They did produce the wheels.
