I found out that the 93 exhaust manifold is a different part number than a 97 exhaust manifold!!! <----------(Talking about driverside) I am in a predicament where I have the '93 engine with the exhaust manifold on it and the EGR tube is different! I need an EGR tube for a '97 and no junk yard in my town has one at all!!! If anyone has one please PM me with a price shipped. I am trying to get my car running because my wifes transmission just went out in her car today and all we have is my old work truck '92 S-10 reg. cab and ME, My Wife, Son and Daughter cannot fit in that truck. So please help if someone has one. Thanks in advance everyone!!!

Doe's anyone know whether one off a '98 will work on the '97? Because Topher has one for a '98! If not I'm still looking!!!

Does your crystal ball say whether or not the it goes into the '93 exhaust manifold in the same place as a '97 exhaust manifold?

Gen1 and Gen2 egr tubes are different, if you're putting a gen2 manifold on a Gen1, you'll proabably have to fab the tube some

Im putting a Gen 1 manifold on a Gen 2 so I am going to have to figure it out on my own I guess!!!

i also have a driverside manifold and cat off lasers new motor i shipped him, 97, but i'll let you know right now i get $55 bucks just for the cat if i cut it off and scrap it so i wouldnt take any less than that, plus shipping on top!

How much do you all think one ways so I could see how much shipping is going to cost? A guesstimate! I could afford $55 bucks plus shipping. Really could not afford more than that at all. I know they are worth more but if I had to pay more than I would just have to go w/o for a while, lol!!! But since DLF offered first and if he does'nt want the $55 I would be more than happy to get it from you Jamie for that price!!! Do you have the EGR tube also? Because I only have the GEN 1 tube that is on the manifold already!

Too late, I don't have the tube, and I want $100 shipped, so have at it.

Yeah it looks like the difference on the one that I have is it doesnt have the ("secondary" air valve thing)? (what is it called jamie?) on the front of the exhaust manifold. But yeah I do need the egr tube too!! I really dont have the money but I guess I'll have to come up with whatever I gotta have to get it, so what do you want for the manifold and the egr tube Jamie? Looks like I am going to need the passenger side manifold too. Man this sucks forreal. I'm going to have to go ahead and get the driver side now though since it is available and get the passenger side in a couple weeks!!! I gotta go get my one piece drive shaft and sell it to nolimit sunday then I will have the money for the driver side!!!

If you can repair a busted stud (drill it out), I've got a passenger side manifold that you can have for the price of shipping.

secondary air diverter and secondary air pump!!!

Does anyone know if it is possible to delete this feature temporarily. I do not have all of the parts for the secondary air system (i.e. Gen2 exhaust manifolds) and I wanted to get my car running for now w/o it with the Gen1 manifolds that I do have. I was just wondering if anyone has ever done this or knows if I can do it temporarily. I have done an EGR delete on a GEN1 before and it did'nt change the way it ran. I would only be doing it temporarily until I can round up all of the parts to swap it back to original. I have most of the parts in route I just have to get the money in route.lol What do you guys think?
