not bad at all.
i thought the front strut rod to frame bushings were some sort of sleeve set up? that's what these look like.

Can you throw up a set of specs and tolerances of those so people with lathe access don't have to do any thinking?

I'll make a cleaned up drawing when I have time and post it.

Yes they were a sleeve set up originally I didn't think it necessary
to replicate them this is my design currently untested but will
shortly be going in my 95 followed by my 97

I look forward to the completed product. I am assuming these are the front bushings. Are you aware the inner part is 2 sleeves with 1 slidding inside the other?

disclaimer this is my car and my design
sizes are taken from my factory strut rod bushing parts
your parts may vary
if there is not tolerance it cause
it really doesn't matter
the (REF) if for reference to the thickness of the factory
strut rod busing plate on that side

change the 2.610 to
2.600
+.005
-.005

If I missed anything just ask.

Does this work for you KK?

I'd want to get slowmkviii's permission first. He did all the leg work. See if he'd like to make you a set first.

I haven't had time to put them in so both my cars go clunk still
If you want to make a set for someone go ahaed. I have no time
to get on the lathe right now and no garage to even put in my own parts.

Luke, call me next week when I get back into town and we can throw your bushings in at my house.

Those look nice... if you go back with a factory bushing. I probably made a mistake going Poly...
