Gorgeous. It reminds me of the Mercury Marauder. Are they similar performance wise? I have never seen an LX Sport before. I see it has dual exhaust like the Marauder but you show you have done some exhaust work . I believe the Marauder had about 300 horsepower if I recall correctly. It is stunning for sure. These are not DOHC like the marauder, so it doesnt perform quite as well, but its still enough to get me into alot of trouble. I wonder how long it will take to get pulled over for the tinted windows (illegal in il). lol.

hey man looks good. It seems that we have the same taste. Ive been all over ebay looking for a P-71. Looks good

With that car people will think your the cops LOL

Whats the difference in the sport model and a Crown Vic without one? I see that it has a floor shifter like the marauder but does it have other performance mods?

From an LX Vic to a Sport there are a Number of differences:

Dual Exhaust
Different Sway bars, with a Rear bar
A 3.27 RAR vs 2.73 in the LX
17 Inch Aluminum Wheels unique to the Sport
Sport interior, bucket seat with center console and floor shifter.
Certain color Sports got the Monochrome package

I always wondered about those things... Will it light them up by just going pedal to the floor from a dead stop? My friend's will, but I'm not sure if it's just a freak/ he's pulling my leg about it being stock.

My Vic will not spin the tires from a dead stop just by matting the pedal... but my car is stock with wider than stock tires..... My car also had a factory tlock.
