How can I check to see what codes are present?

When you first start the car, the lights are out but then after you start drivin, the lights come on.

Wheel sensor?

I did replace the entire front end on the car including the spindles and had to swap wheel sensors around.

abs sensor, if you were playing around with them when you worked on it i will bet the house on it that you damaged one, they are super easy to damage.

there is an abs port behind the pass side headlight on the radiator core support, search google to find out which pins to jump to get the codes. or someone here may have a diagram.

I had the exact same thing happen on my car. At 19 mph the pump runs like a self check on itself. When it sees that the motor didn't operate, it throws on the light. My ABS pump took a dump, had to go to pullapart to get another one, it looked like it was in rougher shape than my old one, but atleast it worked. Not saying its your problem, just my experience. If you can pull codes from the ABS module, it would help. Mine was something about "selftest at 19mph pump motor fail"
