i was thoroughly dissapointed in Huston's leg kick, run away scared, repeat game plan. at least he usually he comes out swinging for a first round KO and puts on a good show, not to mention the darnkness and brenden both getting KTFO'ed.

dancing like a b!tch, too bad there was all the sh!t talk between rampage and rashad and now there not even going to fight

Roy Nelson, Boi!
You gotta be kidding me.
Big Country may have won ultimate fighter ( still can't believe it and Dana must have been going nuts inside to have to hand that check over to him) but there are some dudes in the UFC that are going to take him down and pound on him. I see Big Country losing his 1st two fights if he takes on anybody but a no-name.

Hey Big Country is good, he uses that weight to his advantage, he doesn't get burned out like the other f*ckers which means he can really o in a game, he's a vet and he's knowledgable. THing about him is that he's an individual, he doesn't enjoy following rules, more so he does things his own way and gets a good laugh about it. He's someone that likes to have fun and poke fun. I laugh how he choose, FAT (by Weird Al) as his intro song, when he belly slams or rubs his belly after a win. He's funny, entertaining, and a damn good fighter!

Go Roy Nelson!

Yeah but the I'm gonna hold you down with my fatness to win a fight is not going to work for too long.

especially if Brock comes back, he's gonna knock that fat turd smooth out

Amazing.

But Brendan deserved to get knocked out when you carry your left hand down around your rib cage.

Big Country landed 3 big rights before that and the 4th you know was on the way the way Brendan was carrying his hands.

Did you see Dana...
He's not happy having that guy at the top of his heavyweight listing but we'll have to see how far Big Country can go.

well like I said he's a vet and got a lot of wins behind him. I still laugh that he pressed his face against the glass trophy and blew into it. HISTERICAL!

I noticed in another thread that several members are MMA/UFC fans. I figured we needed a topic to talk smack. Few things to start with.

1. Houston/Kimbo fight:
I was VERY disappointed in it. I expected more action. Thought they would stand toe to toe and "BANG". I was shocked at Kimbos development. He actually has a bit of a ground game. Working with ATT really has paid off.

Now lets see Kimbo fight a HW. One that will stand in front of him and trade.

2. BIG COUNTRY Roy Nelson:
I love the guy. His personallity is different. He fights with a plan. Take little damage and wins. He may not be what the UFC wants. Bodybuilders body, good looking, an exciting fighter. But he earned the win and the contract. Dana has shown. If he don't like you or want you in the UFC. He will give you "tough match ups" to get rid of you.

3. Penn/Sanchez
WOW!!!!!!! I can't wait. FINALLY!!!! Diego gets STOPPED!!!!! BJ is better then Diego in every area. Better hands, better BJJ. Only real question, is JB's cardio against Diego. If Diego comes out like he usually does, rushes across the ring and gets into his opponents face. Fight over first round. BJ finishes him early.

4. Mir/Kongo
OH BOY!!!!!!!! Is Mirs striking good enough to bang with Kongo? How can Mir get Kongo to the ground? If they end up on the ground, Mir subs Kongo. Kongo has no ground game. Let me clarify. Against Heath Herring, it was a enough to get by. Against Mir, not enough to survive. If they bang, WOW!!!!!!!! Kongo is a beast. Mir may have fallin in love with striking. But he could get KTFO by Kongo.

I personally don't like either fighter. I woold like to see a good fight thou. No early finishes. A WAR!!!!!!!

5. Kenflo/The Carpenter
Kenny vs Clay. Kenflo has nowhere to run in this one. He ran from Huerta. Clay had Huerta beat till he ate a knee. But Clay didn't lay back. Hes a grinder. He will be Kenflo like white on rice. Plus, Clay is training with Camp Jackson. Same guys that trained Kenflo for BJ Penn. They know Kenflos weaknesses and will gameplan around them.

thats ok, shane carwin is going to do some damage if they ever figure out what there going to do for a temp belt while they see if brock is ever going to be able to come back,

for some humor, check out dana white on twitter, for the last couple of weeks he has been talking :q:q:q:q about how steve mazzagotti is the worse ref in fighting history.

who thinks diago is going to whip BJ a$$ this weekend?

diego is going to bring it, BJ cant ever last an entire match, he always run out of gas way too early, did you see the way diego beet up on clay. clay is a caveman that just can't be knocked out, i figures that head kick that diego caught him with would have done it, but he just keeps getting up. he must be like a dinosaur with a 3" thick skull and an acorn for a brain.

as said in the other thread, check out dana whites twitter, for the last two weeks, he has been talking sh!t about how steve mazzagotti is the worse ref ever, funny sh!t

kenflo is getting KTFO'ed, bottom line

See new thread started for MMA/UFC fans.

Diago gets KTFO by BJ.

I hope Diego does bring. It will be a quick win for BJ. BJ's striking is penpoint accurate. He can take a punch too. He went to a decision against Machida. Machida had at least 40lbs. on BJ. BJ subbed Kenflo in the fourth round. Looked pretty fresh to me for going 4 rounds. Diego better hope BJ gasses. If not, Diego is in the deep end of the pool with led strapped to his feet.

Mazzagotti IS the worst ref in combat sports. He reminds me of the WWE refs. Blind as a f@#king bat.

Between the match with bj and diego bj will win no boubt. It will come do to his jujitsu.:F :bash: He will choke him out in the thrid is my guess. And between clay and kenny i think clay will take the win by decision.

I agree very disappointing fight. I wouldn't call Kimbo's developent shocking. He is eager and quick to learn but it only looks at all impressive because he was so completely lacking anything but stand up before coming to UFC. And his stand up hasn't been very effective so far.

4. Mir/Kongo

Mir should win as long as he doesn't get caught up in standing and banging with Kongo. Kongo is a more effective striker but Mir has gotten pretty good and is a better and more well rounded fighter overall.

And I like Mir. He is inteligent and usually entertaining as he a pretty normal guy who just likes to fight.

I thought that big country got his ass handed to him saturday night, or maybe I was drunk. But I'm pretty sure. Thanks for moving my thread mods.
