yes i "ruined" a set of hid lenses ,everything is repairable. i missed the mark viii get together because my radiator split open that friday and was fixing it saturday. i was looking forward to it but the car decided it didnt want to go . hopefully there will be another one soon .im still going to the turkey rod run and hope some of you will show up.

I like the headlights. I had often thought of tinting mine and tinting my tail lights but I never had good luck with the VHT stuff.

I did my jeep srt8 tails and had no problems. I just degreased everything, scuffed with 2000 grit and used the vht nite shade and then clear and some light wet sand and buff. They look like glass

Yeah I think it was just me. I did my 03 Cobras fog lights and didnt sand them. They were cleaned and I used that spray adheasion promoter but they looked like crap and were not shiney clear.

i had some extra clear from painting a car, mixed in a couple drops of black base coat and layed it on till i got to the shade i wanted. they arent as dark as the pictures show .i did some lights on a crown vic that i tinted blue ,that was different. not sure how legal!
