LSK starting to worry me...

SO I put in an order with LSk over a week ago. ordered eyelids, new LincStarEmblems, and replacement mudflaps. (2 of mine are broken). and so far i have only recieved the LincStars. and ive sent two emails to them. one friday after recieving the stars and one tuesday when they didnt come after the weekend. Nothing was said about a seperate order either...
Any Help here. or has someone waited this long for the eyelids b4??
or able to contact ken? (i believe he still runs the site, i know he wanted to sell it in the fall)
 
I would not buy from there anymore, it seems to be a dying project for sure. Plus you can find all the items on there @ the dealers where he has them drop shipped from anyways.

Tasca comes to mind. Also eBay has alot of that junk.


And why are you putting mudflaps on an LS?
 
I think he means the little ones that come on it already.

I hope the grille i ordered from them comes in. It has been a week. 3 more days before I start worrying.
 
yea hes pretty quick about the linc stars, got mine in a couple of days no problem, thank god i didnt order anything else
 
He has to place the order for the eye lids to be made from whoever he gets them from. They take 5-10 days to make them, them they ship out to you.
 
Lets put it this way i had to dispute it in paypal to get my money back after i waited for an order for 3 weeks that never came.

apparently it was backordered from ford but i got no communication from them and email several times.

lol ive heard that b4 at one point. (ill put up the pic i think someone commented on). Honestly they were there when i got the car (and unfortunately lowering it has caused me to break one of the front clear off and there is considerable more mud and debris that fly up that side of my car), and lets face it the LSe ground effects for a gen1 are rare. i dont mind the slightly sacrificed apprearance to protect them (and my paint job); and imo it doesnt look terrible. the back side perhaps. but also...dont u hate it when the car infront of u spits a rock at ur window and chips it...whereas if they had had flap, well i dont mind knowing that i am helping protect other drivers cars on the road while im at it.

btw thanks for the input. and ill have to keep this in mind. at-least i don't plan on ordering anything else from there at the moment. ill give it till monday again b4 i start gettin angry lol
 
The one in front of the rear tire isn't a mud flap. It's there to direct airflow when high-speed cruising. When Ford decided the LS wasn't going to be exported to Europe the diverter was eliminated.
 
I think the guy from LSK saw this post or something. I just checked on my order. It now is processing. Thank god. Now I will have to see how long it takes to get here.
 
I ordered eyeslids from LSK on Ebay on the 11th and was told that they will ship out this week if not earlier, cause they are custom..I was a little leary on using the site because I use to get nothing but viruses alerts with each visit to the website..I'll post when i get mine

just got an email myself confirming shipment of one and the expected shipment of the other. and ya i think postin on here made him think to check the email

ROFL... that seems a little crazy...but hey anything to curve the mpg in our favor right?
and to the virus pop up stuff... i had my computer complaining about security certificates...i think someone needs to renew some of their contracts somewhere.
 
Wow that's hilarious that you actually DO have the litle window things, haha. I was just bustin your balls. It's all good, everyone has something with their LS they like to rep.
 
I also ordered eyelids and they took well over a month to get mine and was dissapointed with the final product:mad:
 
I ordered an LSE spoiler from LSK a few months ago. I too was a bit concerned about the lack of response to my emails "after" my purchase but promptly "before" it. Regardless, I did get the spoiler about 9 days after the purchase. The site clearly communicated that it was being dropped shipped so I can't complain too much about the time it took to get to me. Hopefully, things will work out as you need them to.

I like them on certain vehicles....no way on an ls.
 
I got my eyebrows yesterday and of course UPS damaged them and bent the small end that wraps around the headlights, seperating the vinyl..wasn't really packaged the best either they should have been sandwhiched between some cardboard,rather than loosely sitting in the box with peanuts
 
I am starting to get worried now. I ordered the lse grill on the ninth and still havent gotten it. It shouldnt take this long.
 
Hey, you don't have to worry about Ken not coming thru with your order. If might be late, but it will get to you.

And wants wrong with mudflaps, the OEM ones are very small and fit the contours of the LS nicely. Look in my photo gallery.
