OK, here's the deal..... I'm trying to remove the LSC trim on the door and quarter of my parts car. It is important to keep the paint in good shape. Is there any tricks to removing it quickly and safely? So far, i've been told to use a heatgun and slowly pry it up. Is this the best way?

heat them up with a blow dryer and they will come right off...and they also will tear in half very easily..ask KustomizingKid.

dont pull them thats the worst idea i ever heard, if you want to keep them dont pull them off. they will tear like a piece of taffy. you need heat and patience, i cut them off my parts cars with a long blade and brand new razors, but i dont need to be careful of the paint on the car, if the car you are taking them off of, is not important do it this way, slide a blade behind them and work them off gently, but to get the ones off your car use a heat gun and pull ever so gently and evenly, and still try and use a sharp blade just keep it off your paint.
