PM sent.
More I look at the thing the more depressed I get :(
I rather for it to keep another Mark VIII looking good, than to catch dust on my shelf doing nothing at all.

PS
Heading out to small claims court tomorrow. After talking to a lawyer friend, I have a very strong case against them.

Engine 'bad' or not, I did NOT tow in a busted window stripped down car. Also no where on the premises was there a 'Not responsible for car/items on the yard' (something to that nature) warning posted anywhere. That alone is grounds for a lawsuit. Their own advertisement is false advertisement, as they do NOT work on all makes and models; as they won't touch Cadillacs and now Mark VIII's.
Wish me luck!

I hope someone was with you every time you went in and heard everything they said. A witness helps out a lot and if no fence was provided at the shop, they should have had something posted saying they were not responsible. Even shops in my area with fences even have that posted but most have insurance and a fence, just in case someone jumps over it and does something to the car. Either way, you left the car in his hands as it wasn't a sit and wait job. He or they should be held responsible. I feel like you'll win.

They deserve to be shut down, back in Florida we had a small body shop sometimes cars had to sit outside this one time we had 15-20 cars outside, somebody stole the front bumper off a Tempo we bought a replacement on our dime. That's what they should have done, fixed everything they :q:q:q:qed up at their cost.

I pm-ed you back - just let me know how to pay. Glad to hear you found another so soon!! and glad to hear you are gonna sue their butts off!!!
